IT HAS BEEN NECESSARY TO POSTPONE THIS MEETING AS APOLOGIES WERE RECEIVED FROM TWO WARD MEMBERS. IN TERMS OF THE COUNCIL'S STANDING ORDERS THE MEETING CANNOT THEREFORE PROCEED. NOTIFICATION OF THE NEW MEETING DATE WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
